10th Feb 2025 (21 weeks ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.

(68 reviews)8th May 2025 (9 weeks ago)I told them exactly when we could view properties (as we are currently residing in another country) we planned our trip to the uk to see any properties that required in person viewings, they conveniently ignored my emails until our trip was over. They refuse to do any virtual/video viewings. Considering both me and my partner were born in England (both British citizens/residents) I have no idea what the issue is.

18th Jan 2025 (24 weeks ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.
