12th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Whilst my house sale proved to be anything less than straightforward, I was kept up to date at all times by Stuart and Sabi which helped with my frustrations. I relied upon them far more than my solicitors and was comforted by their level of knowledge with the whole process. Hopefully I won't be moving again but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use the perton branch again because of their help and professionalism.

They never made unrealistic promises or gave false hope. Instead, they were always honest, transparent, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They answered every question promptly and always let me know the outcome of each application, even when it was unsuccessful. I truly appreciated their clear communication and honesty.<br><br>They were also incredibly friendly, positive, and supportive. They guided me through every step of the renting process, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, I found a home in less than three weeks. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the very beginning, he’s been approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us through the process.<br><br>Unlike some of the larger estate agents we’ve dealt with, we’ve never felt like just another number. Oliver has always been incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes, keeping us updated and taking the time to answer any questions we had. Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble, and it’s been clear throughout that he genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for everyone involved.<br><br>His communication, professionalism and personal approach have been outstanding, and it’s made the whole experience so much easier.<br><br>If you’re buying or selling in Tettenhall or the surrounding areas, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oliver Jones and SLADE Property Collective. From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!

I always felt listened to and their communication was second to none. In particular, Angela and Norbert stood out as providing exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them!
