27th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????
31st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Ollie went the extra mile for us...... Ollie kept us informed every step of the way (even with tricky delays), his professionalism and knowledge made all the difference. Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. He's a fantastic communicator and great representative of the Hunter French team. We would happily trust Ollie to handle any future sales or purchases on our behalf.... Thanks again, we couldn't have done it with out you!

9th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.
8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I was very pleased with the service I received and how quick I received notification of the sale of the house maggs and Alan helped me every step of the sale never sold a house before so didenmt have a clue what to do so very much appreciated the help I received
22nd Oct 2026 (12 days ago)The property had been with another agent for 3months, with little progress. It was a total change with Morton New: immediately many viewings, followed by chasing up interested people. Franki was always chasing the buyer and his solicitors, and she usually knew what was happening before my solicitor!
7th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Tim is a very knowledgeable person, a reasonable and trustworthy individual. Tim has sold many properties for us and I would recommend him to anyone.
24th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Complicated site
31st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I have no issue with Martins. They did their best in a static market. Wouldn’t it be nice if Estate Agents were prepared to give an honest appraisal of the market activity!!! Roll on the departure of Rachel from Accounts.
