From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to support us through what can be a very stressful moving process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lynne, who even worked on her day off to help get our move over the line. She found us a new removal company at the last minute, chased solicitors, and did everything she could to make sure everything stayed on track. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her.<br><br>We'd also like to thank Robin, who was with us every step of the way, from our very first viewing right through to moving day. His support, communication, and reassurance throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.

7th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I have recently used Cooper and Tanner, Frome branch services to sell my home and I have been very impressed. The photos and brochure of my property were superb, had me wanting to buy my own property.<br>The team are fantastic, they respond back to all enquiries I had so quickly. Shelly has been exceptional through the process keeping us in the loop of any changes of circumstances and just generally keeping tabs with me and my wife as to how we are and how we feel about parts of the sale and purchase.<br><br>On this occasion I have withdrawn my property from the market due to not finding the one we wanted but we will be sure to come back to Cooper and Tanner in the future when the timing is right.<br><br>Many thanks.

Ben C was brilliant in lining up the particulars for the sale and also upfront re market value.. where clearly others will over value to get you on the books and never sell it which can be very stressful!. 21st Jul 2026 (7 days ago)I originally purchased my property through Andrews in Bath. So I didn't hesitate to use them again. We gave had a steady stream of viewings and about 5 offers. The current economic climate and the issues with Landlord investors made it difficult to value the house to gain the maximum value. However we seem to have reached a position where interested buyers are bidding similar offers and we have currently accepted an offer subject to contract. Andrews have been very good with communication where you get notification by email and text with follow up calls. Overall I am pleased with Andrews to date

Justin Hunter knows Hungerford Road exceptionally well & we were lucky to be selling a house on 'his patch'. We chose well and were also lucky, we had a trouble free buyer, no complications with solicitors and the sale went though smoothly. It has been very easy to give both Justin and John this glowing review. It is quite genuine, we really are most pleased with the manner in which they handled our sale. We also hope and trust that the buyers are pleased with their purchase, it is a good house

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.
13th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)The agent who dealt with my property was very knowledgeable of the area. However, the price they suggested was obviously over the average which meant we had very little interest. After 12 weeks we only had 2 viewings. It was decided to take the property off the market after the property next door sold for much less. They offered a fair selling price percentage. The pictures were good as was the sales brochure, it was sadly over priced and did not sell.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The team has always been professional and responsive.<br>I would particularly like to thank Sharon and Jesse for their outstanding support. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their communication is prompt and friendly, and they always take the time to address any questions or concerns.

17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
