They kept us updated throughout the process and Lynne was so helpful towards the end of the process chasing up solicitors etc to finally make the sale complete! Would highly recommend

Market conditions at the time were not idea but we always felt reassured that we were in the right hands and that our goal would be achieved. The sale price achieved was excellent and worth the wait for the right buyer to come along. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Knight Frank Bath office to family and friends.
26th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently used Davies & Davies to sell our house. It was a difficult sale over 18 months. However, Davies & Davies were excellent from start to finish , especially Isaac, who you always felt had your best interest in mind. Excellent experience and I will be using them again if I need to buy or sell again. It’s rare to find an estate agent with a personal touch, if that is what you need with your sale or purchase, look no further.

From the very beginning, the communication was brilliant—clear, consistent, and always timely. We were kept fully informed at every stage, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. What really stood out was how well the team worked together. The coordination around viewings and general organisation was excellent, and it was obvious that everyone was aligned and working towards the same goal. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing everything was being handled so professionally. Honestly, we couldn’t fault them. The service we received was outstanding from start to finish. I’d absolutely choose Kingston’s again if we ever needed to sell in the future. A fantastic experience all round—highly recommended.
23rd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I chose DW Smith in Hanham to sell my childhood home, where my parents had lived for nearly 67 years after they both passed away. It has not been an easy process emotionally but from the first visit of Dave Smith to value the house & whose local knowledge & friendly personality was a major decision in choosing the best Estate Agent to market the house to the processing of the sale I can honestly say all the staff especially Karen who has been the point of contact after accepting the offer on the house have been amazing. I certainly made the right decision in choosing a small independent Estate Agent!

Konnor was sharp and quick on correspondence and getting information to us. He was kind and supportive of us and our relative and led us thoughtfully through the financial and identity checks. He was great to meet at the property too - well informed and found out other information that we had requested. It was an all round positive experience.

Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you

16th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
15th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Tenants and landlords look no further. You will not find greater professionalism, swift communication, industry experience and teamwork anywhere in Bath. Nicola Wilkes (Lettings) and Sharon Clesham (Sales) run a very slick operation and whatever your needs (a new home to rent or letting a new or existing rental property) they will guide you through the process to complete satisfaction. I say this having been a landlord with them for many years and recently been introduced (by Nicola) to another investment opportunity. I am nothing short of amazed by the sleek communication between Sales and Lettings and myself (these ladies know more about property than anyone you’ll meet in Bath and they and their teams are a real pleasure to work with). What I want out of rental property is a great investment but ONLY if my tenants are happy. I need them well looked after and at the top of my agent’s priority list. With the Apartment Company tenants are the priority. And yet this outstanding company deliver more financially to me than any other agent we’ve used in Bath. If you don’t make money, they don’t make money so its a win-win. If you are a first-time landlord and considering a move to renting in Bath (but not sure the best way to go about this), talk to Nicola and Sharon. You won’t regret it. If I was buying a new home for myself, Sharon is the first person I’d call. One final thing…..I noticed a comment that they didn’t always call back if you made an enquiry. Well, if you are Bath’s premier property agency and everyone wants to talk to you, well, yes, you may have to wait a day or so for a reply to a speculative call. No-one wants a company whose sitting about waiting for the phone to ring, do they?! You want an agent whose out there keeping it together for people like me, like my tenants (at the height of a pandemic with vastly reduced staff). Always an impeccable service that goes beyond your expectations. Thank you Sharon and Nicola and everyone at The Apartment Company.

From start to finish, the team was very nice, understanding, and friendly, which made everything much easier for us. The entire letting process was smooth and completely hassle free. They were very professional, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions we had along the way. A special thank you to Mark, the letting agent who worked with us. He was remarkable throughout the process—very helpful, patient, and supportive. He made sure everything was clear and guided us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Romans to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.
