15th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)The process form receiving a Section 31 Notice through the post to getting an acceptable outcome is never going to be easy when the landlord and tenant involved are from the outset diametrically opposed. Cath did a great job of giving us all the options open to us and being sympathetic whilst being realistic about outcomes. I cannot thank Cath enough for guiding us along the journey and always keeping momentum up during negotiations to get closure.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

I recently sold my house through the Blackburn office team and they were fantastic, always reachable when I needed to speak to anyone, and everyone in that team always go the extra mile. We also bought our new home through Stones Young Clitheroe, and again both Sarah and Jack were brilliant, the exceptional and consistent service is what makes them the best in the area, and the management team should be very proud. 6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
