19th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

11th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

15th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !

I have had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Young Homes over a couple of projects and can’t thank them enough. They’re excellent at what they do, the service is exceptional and they consistently deliver results. As Lloyd’s own business he is really invested in ensuring that customers get the best outcome, going those extra steps as second nature, and all without the stuffiness or intimidation you get from others. They respond quickly with all the information you want and need.<br><br>I know where I am going when I next sell/rent my property. Very highly recommended.

He kept us updated every step of the way, was always available to answer any questions, and made the whole process feel much less stressful than we expected.<br><br>He was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout. Whenever we needed to talk something through, he was always at the end of the phone and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Josh managed to find us a fantastic mortgage deal and kept everything moving smoothly from beginning to end. Buying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but he put us at ease and made the whole experience as painless as possible.<br><br>He is a real credit to Austin and Wyatt / Countrywide, and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
