Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We went dual agent with Edwards and Co who produced more viewings and sold our house in a much shorter amount of time. Both Niamh and Rob were polite and kind. Very happy!

Rob is very attentive and keeps you in the loop, he has very good local knowledge too. Rob handled the sale of our house recently excellently and kept the buyers on board despite them having to wait a long time to complete. I highly recommend using Peter Mulcahy.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was down to Charlene and Alice.<br><br>Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.<br><br>Alice, the director, was equally fantastic. She liaised with all parties involved, handled numerous obstacles with real professionalism and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel far more manageable. Good communication, helpful advice and a positive attitude has made the whole process a lot less stressful.<br>Thank you everybody!
