He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. Very pleased!
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

Rob is very attentive and keeps you in the loop, he has very good local knowledge too. We had a very difficult buying and selling process that lasted many months with ups and downs but if it wasn’t for Charlene and Alice’s persistence, help and guidance we wouldn’t got it over the line. We’re extremely grateful for all they’ve done for us. They went above and beyond and we love our new home. Spoke to a very disrespectful girl that scolded my partially sighted partner for making a mistake on a form! As she clearly wasnt brought up properly i feel she needs to have some training EDL as soon as possible!!

Communication is brilliant, they are very flexible with the times of appointments and Stacey responds so promptly.
