Safiyah was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made everything feel much less stressful. She was professional, responsive, and kept me updated at every stage while helping to get my offer accepted.
19th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

The whole experience was excellent from the start of the process with Tommy assessing and valuing our property to the professional but friendly sales team Harry, Stephanie and Ellie who always went above and beyond. If you are thinking of selling your property you will not get a better service.

A special mention to Maddison who has personally overseen the sale and purchase of our new ???? from Day one. I would highly recommend Chris Davies Estate Agents to anyone wanting to sell and buy onwards in the Vale of Glamorgan. Selling a house can be stressful at the best of times, but they have made the whole process far more enjoyable. The negotiator, Joe, has been incredibly friendly, supportive, and proactive throughout, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. The whole team at Allen & Harris Penarth has truly gone above and beyond, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He was proactive throughout the sale process and responded quickly when needed. Service was brilliant from start to finish , staff very friendly and always keep you in the loop. Graham was fantastic giving us all the information we needed for our mortgage and found us the best deal, and the rest of the team were fab too ????

Their communication was brilliant from the very first viewing right through to completion. They kept us informed at every stage and worked seamlessly with our solicitor to make sure everything stayed on track. We are genuinely very happy with the service we received and felt fully supported throughout the whole move. Highly recommended!"
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

In particular, Craig was a great source of advice and his communication skills were crucial to the completion. He really went the extra mile to get things done.
8th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Cole and team were great , the only reason for 4 stars is their office team repeatedly let us down by arranging viewings the agents couldn’t physically get to on time due to how far apart they were with so little travel time allocated and also kept booking viewings when we said we were not able to have them and not writing down the availability we instructed several times resulting in repeatedly having to move viewings about. Cole’s valuation was spot on and his advice and guidance were great he was always available on WhatsApp when needed and never stopped answering my 100 questions. Absolutely fantastic. Yvonne from the team that helps get the property from an offer to completion was absolutely beyond fantastic , infact im not sure she takes a day off. She goes over and above everytime , treats you personally yet professionally and never stopped trying to help us in anyway she could. She was so fantastic she really went out of her way to help us through a very tricky solicitor process and her guidance and reassurance were so needed and appreciated. We had a very stressful process due to our choice of solicitor and Yvonne somehow made this so so much easier than it would have been and gave me quite a few laughs along the way. Absolute star, I hope number one knows how truly wonderful she is.
24th Feb 2026 (16 days ago)Very frustrating experience. I’ve been waiting 12 days for a refund that I was told should take 3–5 working days. No updates, no communication, and the rental department simply does not answer calls. When I tried calling through to the sales department just to speak to someone, I was spoken to rudely and made to feel like I was the problem for chasing money that is rightfully mine. Unprofessional and disappointing service. I think they need some office training in customer service. Disgraceful.

Life threw quite a few curveballs our way, but Dane consistently turned those lemons into the most delicious lemonade! Dane's commitment was unwavering. He arranged and communicated countless viewings, always keeping me informed and up-to-date with feedback and responses. His professionalism was outstanding, and his communication was consistently excellent. I know I put Dane through his paces, and he earned every penny! What truly set Dane apart was his unique approach. I was genuinely touched by his hand-written letter, a personal touch you rarely see these days. And the tea bag he included? It made a truly delightful cup of tea! Honestly, Dane is the best estate agent anyone could ask for. I've already recommended him to my friends because I want them to experience the same 5-star service. He's an absolute asset to his company.

5th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Wayne has approached our sale with energy, enthusiasm, 24/7 availability, modern communications through a What'sApp group just for us, insights into how to market it that our previous agent sadly lacked, attention to detail and a friendly manner that was simultaneously highly professional and reassuring. He and his team have all been approachable and highly competent. He got it on the market very quickly with beautifully professional photos, floorplan and details that demonstrated the attention to detail he had promised us.
