15th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
3rd Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Have known Paul & Ray for years and seen the business grow but they have kept that family feel which is rare in this industry. Very knowledgable as you would expect but friendly with it always on hand to offer advice in both rentals and selling. As they say “ you get what you pay for” you get more than what you pay for with this company. A pleasure to have watch them grow into what they are now .

Highly professional, extremely efficient and always exceptionally good at keeping us updated with any necessary information. They are both so easy to approach and were able to help with any issues speedily and efficiently. Extremely grateful for all their assistance over the 10 years we have known them.

2nd Dec 2025 (11 mo. ago)The best Estate Agents in the area, have used on a number of occasions. They really listen to your needs and wants and find the right place for you, rather than just try to fob you off with something not right just because they have it on their books. Highly recommend.

5th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very poor property description initially - evidently no research of the area undertaken and lack of property features included as well as some inaccurate information used. Having given some pointers of the positives of the property and locality, they basically used all of my wording resulting in having described the property ourselves and providing the sales pitch for them. No communication whatsoever in 3/4 months. No signs of additional effort other than listing on basic sales sights (eg rightmove etc) Different advice given by different staff members. Request for partial refund of advertising fees completed ignored after complaint and subsequent dis-instruction, we didn’t even receive a reply or acknowledgement of this.
