21st May 2026 (29 days ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".
28th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did! Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

They are all extremely helpful and go out of their way to help with anything you ask. Its been a long process due to solicitor delays which meant a lot of intense activity in the final week. The staff at Bridgford's, especially Destiny worked hard to help get the sale through. They earnt their fees and we are very grateful. I would not use a faceless online agency.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

Nothing was ever too much of a hassle and no question was too silly. We were in close contact with Clayton who showed us around the house with a bright smile and helpful attitude. I must've sent Clayton what feels like 50 emails throughout the buying process and not once did I get the impression that I was asking too many questions. Clayton and the team at Hinchliffe are outstanding at what they do, they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to be supportive. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
