They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

14th May 2026 (7 days ago)They got the flat on the market within a week of being instructed, it went live on the Friday and i was lucky enough to have a viewing on the Sunday which I accepted their offer on the Monday. Good clear communication form all parties - made the selling process feel easy.

I was kept informed throughout the process giving me greater peace of mind that my property was in good hands. The level of service is the best I have ever experienced from an estate agengy. The staff are so on the ball and no request was met with a no. I will use this firm in future and I can't recommend them enough to friends and family. I would like to say a special thanks to Diane and Elvira, you made the experience as stress free as possible and helped me achieve the best possible outcome. Great job MFL!

1st Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .

She was honest, trustworthy and I didn't feel like she was pushing me into a sale I wasn't ready for. She helped me find my dream home and I couldn't be more great full for her assistance in the experience. 100% recommend this branch and ask for Elina
22nd May 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold my property through Wardhaugh, and found the staff to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. The sale encountered some difficulties, however Jen and Roddy were there to offer sound advice and reassurance, which ultimately resulted in a successful conclusion. The photography and marketing service was extremely good, and weekend and out of hours viewings were included in the service. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

13th May 2026 (8 days ago)From the moment Rosie Fraser came on board to sell the property, every member of the team was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kept in touch with me every step of the way, They did everything they could to increase the interest in the property (adding a video ). Whenever I had a query I could Whatsapp them and would usually hear back within minutes. Throughout the whole process (which can be stressful at times) I felt they were there supporting me the whole way. I have sold other properties in the past with other Real Estate agents and can honestly say that Rosie Fraser surpasses them all. I would certainly recommend them.
3rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.
