14th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Really disappointed to find the properties we viewed were nothing like the listings, suspect AI was used to "enhance" them.<br>The driveway of one listing was entirely paved in the photo, but when we turned up it was only half paved. The other half was pebbled, and had an access hatch or panel which isn't shown at all in their listing. The rest of the property was clearly not as pictured, plenty of work required that was not shown. Complete waste of time for all involved.<br>The person who met us at the viewing was really friendly, which was a stark contrast to the rude and standoffish person on the phone who didn't care about the feedback we shared at all.

24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)My wife and I purchased a property in Horncastle advertised with Brown & Co Lincoln, the experience throughout the purchase was excellent. Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Absolutely no complaints from me,it wasn't a straightforward sale as I was handling it for my father in law so a few little hurdles ,but Walshes over came these.<br>All staff from the boss to the excellent Mollie were very helpful , no long wait on the phone, emails answered promptly and they found a buyer with in a week.<br>When I come to sell my house in a year or so I will have no hesitation in Walshes marketing it

Maggi, Renata or Nic were there to help with anything that needed attention. I would definitely recommend Hornsby Estate Agents. Thank you for a first class service from the beginning through to completion.

The effort Hannah put into taking our photos was beyond what I was expecting and I believe that this really helped us secure so many viewings.
