23rd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.

Nothing was impossible to achieve or do .Viewings were always personally accompanied and feedback given .We thank all the crew at Oyster and recommended those wishing to sell their property to consult them soon.True to their words from start to end .????

4th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!

4th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)I found Lloyds Residential excellent in dealing with the sale of my property. Considering the drop in house prices at the moment they managed to sell my house for a reasonable amount.
2nd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Inigo provides better photography and greater information of a property and appeals to a sector of the the property buying market that appreciates good architecture and design.

7th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Really happy with K&O Estates. I moved to them after a bad experience with a previous agent where the tenants left my flat in a terrible state. K&O Estates were recommended by a friend and they honestly took all the stress away. They managed the full renovation at a competitive price, sorted all the certificates, and got everything done quickly. They also found a new tenant very fast, who already seems much better than the last. Would definitely recommend.
