He was always available, responded quickly to every query, and made sure we never felt left in the dark at any stage. He arranged the viewing without any delay and was extremely supportive in helping navigate the process of putting forward a successful offer. His knowledge, communication, and dedication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Nari to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely helpful agent. 14th Dec 2025 (5 mo. ago)We have used Sturrock Armstrong and Thomson for our wills and for previous house sales and also when we moved house recently. Apart from a minor issue when our bid for a property arrived a few minutes after the deadline but was quickly resolved they were very good to deal with, kept us informed at all stages and were particularly attentive when we were arranging viewings for our house. Leonard and his team looked after us.

19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.

24th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I have dealt with this solicitor and property agents since 1985. They are the most professional, thorough and efficient company that i have ever had dealings with in my whole life. I have bought and sold 7 properties for myself, 1 property for my mother and 1 property for my son. The property front office run by Carolyn McLaughlin and her colleagues always marketed my properties extremely well which in turn led to most of them being sold in under a month. In relation to my solicitor Mr David Vause, he is the ultimate professional in his field. David was always able to resolve any issues quickly and move transactions forward . I was able to converse with him over the phone or by email when i needed to. On the 22nd of October i popped in to the office to pick up deeds wills and other business letters to pass on to a new solicitor in Ellon. Envelope with these documents were left at reception for me to pick up and sign for. However David came down and we had a long chat about our interactions over last 40 years. What an absolute gentleman and ultimate professional.

Their comprehensive support alleviated any concerns I might have had. The team's friendly and helpful approach, coupled with their outstanding customer service, was truly commendable. Their profound knowledge of the market and strategic application of various techniques ensured the attraction of suitable prospective buyers. Despite the inherently stressful nature of the process, their involvement significantly eased my burden. Therefore, a massive thank you to Adrian King and his fantastic team up in Dunfermline branch! 11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.
5th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Jenna ensured that the process went smoothly and without hitch start to finish. Her responsiveness (even when out of office / out of usual hours), attention to detail, knowledge and expertise made what could have been a stressful time a lot less worrying - a huge thank you to her, and Danielle, for their kind support and 10/10 service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in the Edinburgh / Lothian area.
