19th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)The experience we have had with Bond Oxborough Phillips and Chloe has been excellent! She has followed up after viewings and ensured any questions which weren't answered at the viewing were answered soon after. She also was knowledgeable on the properties and was able to answer most questions then and there. In the past I have had an agent (from another EA) tell me this was the first time they had seen the house and they didn't know anything about it, whereas I never had that with Chloe.<br>The cherry on the top for me though is when we were talking about the types of houses we like, she mentioned the few we had seen with her (listing road names) all had a particular style (more old houses rather than newer build generally). I know there will be a file with the houses we've seen and so it will be relatively easy to check, but it was a really nice touch for us!
1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.- 2nd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)We are really pleased we chose Webbers to be the sole agency for our recent house sale. From start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with. They were pro active in chasing up solicitors, and very quick to act on any instruction or problem that we had. Special thanks to Emily, Christine and Lauren as these lovely ladies were the ones we had the most dealings with. Always helpful and service with a smile. ??????
4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.

The estate agents acted very professionally and promoted the property both in the shop window and online. The photographs of the property were good and helped advertise it.

11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We cannot emphasise enough how Pete and Ben helped us through the sale of our house. They were available for advice 24/7 and went above and beyond what you would expect. Communication was excellent and attention to detail was great. It truly is a case of "We couldnt have done it without them". They truly earned every penny of their commission and I would not hesitate to 100% recommend their service to others.
