30th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Terrible agency Do not use
25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Nick Godfrey was helpful from the start, was prompt with my valuation and putting my property on the market. His local knowledge and rapport with potential buyers had a positive impact on finding a serious buyer and the whole team have been most helpful chasing and updating me on the progress of the transaction.
14th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.
9th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Experienced team felt very comfortable with their services.
Miller Town & Country Powered By eXp UK - Okehampton
2 Jacobs Pool House, 11 West Street, Okehampton, EX20 1HQ(116 reviews)
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)As landlords, my husband (now deceased) and I have been very appreciative of Pure Lettings (now Miller Town & Country) for very many years. I have continued the association with trust and confidence and they have been very suppportive at a difficult time for me. I am also selling a property with the Estate Agency dept. Again, I have found them extremely capable, efficient and have been able to have good communication and support.
Bond Oxborough Phillips - Okehampton
Church Chambers, 26 Fore Street, Okehampton, EX20 1AN(212 reviews)
7th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)We viewed 16 Mowhay Gardens at Hatherleigh. Jessica Berry conducted the viewing. Jessica was well presented, confident and prepared for the viewing. Jessica offered all of the information we needed and we didn't even need to ask. As a sales person myself for over 30 years, I was very impressed with Jessica's natural ability to conduct such a positive viewing, provide information with being friendly and welcoming, considering she is new to the business.- 7th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Excellent brochure, video and online presence of our property
19th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
13th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Great Service from Andy Bridgeman from Helmores . Easy to contact for queries and very efficient with organising the letting of our property . It was a new venture for us so a bit nervous about it but Andy made it a stress free process . Thank you !
19th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Adrian was incredibly helpful and attentive, very impressed with webbers Torrington- 15th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
9th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Tried to purchase a park home through this agent..absolutely shocking attitude to detail meant travelling to visit a property in Devon from Kent was an utter waste of time...twice!!. They have since added a comment on the on line details advising people of the fact that there are park rules and other things to bear in mind - all the things we found out about by accident
13th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Really great people to do business with
19th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Mark Proctor and his exceptional team are delightful to work with, very professional, approachable and knowledgable. It’s been a real pleasure.

10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)There was not much communication ,only a few viewings two were no shows, great photos. Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.

EweMove Sales & Lettings - North Devon
Bridgewater House,The Square ,Barnstaple, Devon, EX32 8LS
(7 reviews)
11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.Bond Oxborough Phillips - Torrington
2 Well Street, Torrington 2 Well Street, Torrington, EX38 8EP(104 reviews)
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)The sales team at Torrington were first class from start to finish. They were very professional and very honest with us. They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.
15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very helpful and knowledgeable, sold my property in less than a week highly recommend
8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)An incredible experience with GTH, especially Curtis who was our main point of contact throughout our purchase. The whole process was a smooth as it could have been even though the moving process in the current world is incredibly stressful! He was always available for calls, communicated well, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond for us as a family who were relocated from over 280 miles away. We cannot recommend him or the company enough.
