His local knowledge and rapport with potential buyers had a positive impact on finding a serious buyer and the whole team have been most helpful chasing and updating me on the progress of the transaction.
14th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.

19th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)The experience we have had with Bond Oxborough Phillips and Chloe has been excellent! She has followed up after viewings and ensured any questions which weren't answered at the viewing were answered soon after. She also was knowledgeable on the properties and was able to answer most questions then and there. In the past I have had an agent (from another EA) tell me this was the first time they had seen the house and they didn't know anything about it, whereas I never had that with Chloe.<br>The cherry on the top for me though is when we were talking about the types of houses we like, she mentioned the few we had seen with her (listing road names) all had a particular style (more old houses rather than newer build generally). I know there will be a file with the houses we've seen and so it will be relatively easy to check, but it was a really nice touch for us!- 7th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am so happy that I chose bond oxborough Phillips to complete my house purchase. Sienna has been incredible throughout the process keeping me updated. Although my purchase took awhile which was no fault of the estate agents I’ve had complete confidence in BOP for their professionalism. I’ve found Sienna to be truly outstanding and hope that this is the start of a good relationship going forward with BOP.

Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

She helped us sell our house and buy our new one, was always on top of everything, responsive and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Exeter.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.

Greenslade Taylor Hunt came up on their listing as a top performer, providing information on sales etc. I met with Ollie who said that he would market the property differently. Greenslade Taylor Hunt provided a brochure with full details and great photos. Communications outstanding regular feedback. Brooke showed prospective buyers around, did a fantastic job securing a sale in just a few weeks. Amber and Curtis at the office played an important part too, always helpful knew the current position of my house sale. You even get a monthly report. I cannot fault the team outstanding service. Well Done. Highly recommended.
