The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.

He passed onto me a list of architects, one of whom is now assisting me with the best way to tackle the issue of creating parking. There was no gain for James to visit to him so I am very grateful.

Pictures and profile of my property were submitted immediately and the property was online and being marketed within 24 hrs. Phillips Smith & Dunn were also by far the best value and achieved a very close to asking price in a difficult market. Vincent & Cleeve have dealt efficiently with the sale from the offer stage until successful completion acting as a very affective communication channel between buyer and solicitors making for a smooth sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend there services.

Turned up to house with keys after picking them up from their offices and tenants were still in the house with their possessions still in property. I rang the ewemove office and they didn't want to know. Seems to me they had their money and washed there hands on the whole matter, no after sales commitment at all.

Ellie has been really helpful throughout our tenancy and always answered and resolved any queries we had straight away. The whole process was really smooth and the communication was great. 4th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
