30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fulford's in Exeter lied to me by assuring me that the flat above me had an elderly couple living in it. Turned out it's a students rental during term time, and a short let the rest of the year (at least 3 different lets) . The in and out movement is non stop. Never knowing what kind of tenant it's going to be. I still curse Fulford's every time a new letting period begins.
17th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Huge THANKS to Suzanne and Stephen at Robert Williams Estate Agents in Exeter. Luckily for me, Suzanne and Steve tried all their best, patience and professional to push for a better result until completion of my property. From the day the sale of my property was agreed with the buyer, Suzanne was on the case always keeping me updated with both our solicitors and the buyers solicitors. Whilst the process took very longer than expected she acted very patiently and I would say Suzanne an asset to Robert Williams Estate Agents. The sales team at Robert Williams are definitely very knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you! Highly recommend!
27th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Very helpful and co-operative.- 7th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Excellent brochure, video and online presence of our property
19th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
17th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)A very helpful person and website!

10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)There was not much communication ,only a few viewings two were no shows, great photos. Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.- 1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a complicated move from Christchurch to Braunton this summer, having to pull out of 2 properties and finally settling on a third when there was very little on the market, being homeless for 3 months whilst waiting for solicitors to complete their tasks. It was difficult, but throughout that time I could always rely on the friendly voices at Phillip Smith and Dunn in Braunton. Both Vincent Brock and Cleeve Pugsley were so helpful, always full of understanding and advice. No request was too demanding and no problem was ever too difficult. I can wholeheartedly recommend them, not only for their expertise and professionalism, but for their understanding and patience during the most difficult of times.

EweMove Sales & Lettings - North Devon
Bridgewater House,The Square ,Barnstaple, Devon, EX32 8LS(7 reviews)
11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

Douglas & Dean Letting & Property Management - Ilfracombe
3 Church Street, Ilfracombe, Ilfracombe, EX34 8HA(78 reviews)
6th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)We recently sold our home through Douglas & Dean and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received from start to finish.

Andy and Nicola and Jake of course were fantastic. Having lived there myself for over 18 years, selling was a big decision for me and there was naturally a lot of emotion attached to moving on. They handled everything professionally, while still giving the process a really personal touch.

The first people to view my house made an offer and I ended up with exactly what I was hoping to achieve. They were first-time buyers and, from the outset, seemed like ideal buyers for our home, so we were delighted.

Then came the task of finding a new home.
A special mention has to go to Andy, who helped us well before we had even found the property we eventually moved to. When we were trying to secure another property, Andy went above and beyond to help us, and the effort he put in during what was a particularly stressful time was genuinely appreciated. Although that purchase ultimately didn’t work out, despite all of our best efforts, Andy continued to be incredibly helpful and supportive, and we always felt that he genuinely wanted to help us find the right outcome. This included reaching out on social media on our behalf.

The sale itself wasn’t always straightforward, particularly towards the end, but Andy and Nicola remained helpful, approachable and persistent throughout. Their communication and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a very stressful process considerably easier.

We’re now happily settled into our new home and can look back on the whole process knowing that we had a great team behind us.

A huge thank you to Andy, Nicola and everyone at Douglas & Dean. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
15th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Very helpful and knowledgeable, sold my property in less than a week highly recommend
8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)An incredible experience with GTH, especially Curtis who was our main point of contact throughout our purchase. The whole process was a smooth as it could have been even though the moving process in the current world is incredibly stressful! He was always available for calls, communicated well, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond for us as a family who were relocated from over 280 miles away. We cannot recommend him or the company enough.
5th Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)Would just like to say Sarah has been perfect!, Have dealt with Northwood Barnstaple before and they have been great. Sarah has been very accommodating and kept in touch with any updates so the move was smooth and I can’t Thank her enough !
24th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Great Service
Daisy Layland LTD - North Devon
(2 reviews)
12th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)She overvalued the property by a considerable amount and lead me to believe that this was realistic. Zero viewings in over 3 months. She talks a great service but doesn’t fulfill her promises. Poor communication. Waste of time.
