13th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Rettie were by far the most unhelpful agents possible. I had an issue with the radiator which I kept asking them about and they refused to help for over 3 weeks in the depths of winter! I had to buy a heated blanket. Then there was a gas issue which they never told us about which we had to get sorted ourselves. Finally, upon leaving the property, Rettie decided to claim there was a stain on the bed underside and deducted a huge amount of deposit even though the stain was there originally. I would never ever use Rettie again!

What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. 15th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)An absolutely flawless experience from the initial phone call right through to the fabulous offer for our home. Our house was on the market for just four days and sold on the very first day of viewings, before close of business. The team kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, with the office staff always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of professionalism, communication and efficiency was exceptional. We couldn’t recommend the Corum Hyndland Road branch highly enough. George & Ryan xx

10th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.
27th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

He instilled confidence in how to market and advertise the home. It was evident this was going to show the home to its best and proved to be the case as it was sold in less than a day. We can’t thank him and Lynn enough as they made the whole process as painless as possible . Cannot recommend Village Estate Agents enough !
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

14th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)We were moving from Glasgow to Airdrie and came across Arrowhead estate agents as they were selling our new house.We were instantly impressed with Gavin on our first viewing and asked him if he would sell our old house aswell, It was the best decision we could have made.<br>The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Gavin’s knowledge of the industry and professionalism shone through throughout the process, we felt extremely valued as customers and Gavin was always on hand to answer any questions we had.<br>Gavin and his team managed to sell my house within a fortnight for a price we were very happy with, whilst negotiating the best deal for us with our new purchase, all within a very reasonable rate.<br>We worked with Arrowheads financial adviser Thomas who was also great to work with , Thomas made himself available to us throughout the process and completely removed any stress due to his financial expertise and competence.<br>We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Arrowhead Estate Agents.Due to the teams professionalism , hard work and very high level of customer care , our whole moving experience was enjoyable rather than stressful,and we continue to recommend them far and wide.<br>Thanks again Arrowhead
