26th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Their recommended solicitors Juno were very good with automated workflow to keep things moving. Their guidance on pricing was accurate and realistic. Highly recommend using them.

It was a challenging house, and Abbie was always positive and enthusiastic . She knows her local market and has a wide range of contacts. She achieved a good sale in a dropping market, her advice was well structured and accurate, and delivered in a pleasant manner. Sue Okell

As well as their estate agency services, we received an excellent service from Emily Hammick in the planning team. Chris and Emily were professional and approachable, making us feel like nothing was too much trouble and ensuring that the sale process was as smooth as possible. We were kept informed of progress throughout the process, and would have no hesitation in choosing them again.

Attention to detail meant that we were happy and informed as was our Buyer. An experience that could have been stressful turned out to be more than satisfactory.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I bought my first home through Appleby's and can not recommend them enough. Kate and the team were always very polite and quick to respond to any queries I had. They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.
8th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Well let's just say I'm sure Rowan has a few extra grey hairs but what an amazing Estate Agent he has his team are a credit to his business. Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. If your in need of an Estate Agent you couldn't be in better hands will without doubt use them if we ever move. Thank you for everything ????

15th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Strakers Chippenham are extremely competent. They are a very traditional estate agent which is a good thing when going through the stresses of selling your home. We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.
28th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Hills have been professional, genuinely helpful, and warm from the very beginning. Every interaction with them was pleasant and reassuring. Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.
