22nd Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Alex was very professional and considerate from the very first meeting through to completion and afterwards. He and his team kept us up to date and informed with viewings, prospective buyers and offers. They were instrumental in securing us a sale price very close to our top asking price and helped guide the nervous first time buyers through to completion.
7th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Helpful friendly and knowledgeable service from an agent who knows the local area well.
1st Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Real lack of transparency, always guessing what’s happening, I had to constantly email to find out information, not once did I have an email from them to me, the excuse I can’t give you information I don’t have and leave you hanging for ever untill they do is a very poor excuse, vetting of clients finances poor, the senior manager at Haart, should know the customer is key to there buisiness, I found the customer service from her to be poor, and felt a little intimidated into sticking with a client for 2 months knowing he couldn’t get a mortgage, and saying to me it’s not like you have a choice, you didn’t have any other offers so let’s just wait, it’s ultimately my decision if I have a choice or not, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my time, not even an apology, we’ll I’m sorry that’s just not good enough, so I ended my time with them and have now remarketed, I know there not responsible if a client can’t get a mortgage, but they are definitely responsible for clear transparency between themseves and there customer, which was clearly lacking, need to do better

Haymills team is the best Property Agency !
I highly recommend!
If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.
9th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months
I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.
Fine & Country - Park Lane, Mayfair

4th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)What can I say - Fine & Country are the best premium estate agent, but dont just believe me, read the YouGov poll
6th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had very bed experience. They are not help . If we can call them . They give very rude answers
If are asking about the property what u r buying they not allowed to see . Just 1 or 2 time . I have so many problems about new property
23rd Feb 2018 (8 years ago)Marvellous place to work
13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
26th Sep 2019 (7 years ago)A very professional team. Quick to respond to emails. The flat I'm renting is also very nice modern and clean.
10th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)We couldn’t have asked for a better Estate Agents to sell our property. They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

28th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)SD not putting any efforts and very unprofessional teams. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
6th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed.
Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too).
Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though.
Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
22nd Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Mark was brilliant. Honest land responsive. Would highly recommend him.

We were always kept in the look with clear and timely updates, and they really got things moving quickly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. Highly recommend their services !
