13th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Kathy and Nicola were honestly a breath of fresh air. They helped me secure a property that was genuinely the best option I came across after three weeks of active searching, and the whole process with them was smooth, efficient, and properly handled from start to finish.
They were quick to respond, communication was excellent, and everything was done by the book, which gave me real peace of mind. I also felt genuinely cared for as a tenant, which is rare with letting agencies.
When my life plans changed, they were understanding and made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and manageable. I am really grateful for their support and would happily recommend them and the agency they work for!
3rd Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)We chose Ellis & Co Kenton as the agency for our first rented property. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
Within three months of moving in, several maintenance issues began to arise. Although one or two minor issues were addressed, many others remained unresolved despite repeated requests. Some repairs were promised within a week of moving in, but even after a full year, they were never completed.
When it came time to renew the tenancy, the agency wanted to increase the rent. We agreed to the increase on the condition that the outstanding maintenance issues would finally be resolved. Instead, we were informed that the landlord wanted the property back for renovation and were given notice to leave.
While I understand that landlords have the right to regain possession of their property, being asked to leave after only one year was extremely stressful for my wife and me. We had settled into the property and invested in furniture, expecting to stay much longer.
Having to search for a new home during Ramadan while fasting was particularly difficult. As both of us work full-time during the week, we only had weekends available to view properties. The sudden need to find a new home, move out, and settle elsewhere caused significant stress and emotional distress. My wife's health was affected by the situation and she continues to experience issues related to the stress it caused.
We repeatedly asked the agency to discuss our concerns with the landlord, but we felt that they consistently sided with the landlord and provided very little support to us as tenants.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we did not feel valued or supported as tenants.
13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I was a tenant, and Harry from this agency was incredibly helpful. It was the best introduction, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He's a professional in his field and a very kind and helpful person. Throughout the entire rental period, he supported and helped with all matters related to our rental property. I'm very happy with his work, I recommend him to everyone, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to him!

8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Marc at Living Residential. I found his approach extremely pushy and demanding, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. Rather than feeling supported, I felt pressured throughout the process.
Communication also left a lot to be desired, and overall I found the service frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much more respectful approach from an estate agent. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with Marc.
13th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.

I cannot recommend Kyle Williams from JBrown Estate Agents highly enough. After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency.
Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry.
He didn’t just sell my flat — he went above and beyond to make it happen, and I will always be grateful. If you’re looking for an estate agent who delivers results, works with integrity, and actually cares about his clients, Kyle is the one you want by your side.
