12th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I just want to say a massive thank you to Sofia and the team at Reeds Rains in Huddersfield for helping us get our beautiful new home ???? After being let down at the last minute for another property we were supposed to be renting, I spoke to Sofia who advised they had the perfect property for us. We arranged a viewing straightaway and absolutely LOVED it! Sofia was so lovely and knowledgeable and ensured everything went through efficiently for us. We can't thank you enough for our beautiful new family home
7th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Snowgate were brilliant from start to finish, unfortunately we were selling the house remotely , and therefore it was difficult to get those last few things which needed to be organised sorted. Snowgate helped arrange plumbers to disconnect washing machines\dishwasher, carpet cleaners, helped out with the British Gas and a boiler service. They also carried out all viewings and were very quick to keep us informed when we received offers, giving guidance on market conditions and the ability of the purchasers to proceed. Whilst we have not recently bought or sold a house ourselves a number of our friends have and all you hear are nightmare stories about estate agents. Not in this case Snowgate were brilliant and we would have no hesitation in recommending them

We bought our first house from Rob and the team when we met bed to the valley and each time we've dealt with them for subsequent properties they've been there to support us through the journey and even just for advice. This time has been nothing less than perfect

18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall. They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying. Respond: The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service. They just want to get your money from the deposit. Don't trust them !
2nd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

5th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We can very highly recommended Wilbys Chartered Surveyors, Estate and Lettings Agents, to be use as Estate agents. We first met the staff in 2026, after viewing and buying an apartment, and putting family bungalow for sale. Wilbys staff was very helpful, friendly, professional, and welcoming. They helped us with all our enquiries, and given information, and advice.

Thank you to Clair Paxman who knew just how to market the house to the best advantage. She was always friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to the office staff. Claire and Arabella worked so hard to keep the process on track and moving along and were unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever I phoned with questions and concerns. F&C proved to be an excellent choice of estate agent. Thank you.

The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out.
