From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

Alice, in particular, was there at every step and detail , every day , making sure the sale went along smoothly. She coordinated all the conveyors , and ensured everybody was aware of stages of the process. Really impressive

1st May 2026 (5 mo. ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.

The sales team are always happy to help no matter what time of day. I would recommend them if you are thinking of moving.

Attention to detail meant that we were happy and informed as was our Buyer. An experience that could have been stressful turned out to be more than satisfactory.

They maintain communication throughout a lengthy process, repeatedly checking the sale progress with both the buyer and seller. They respond rapidly and positively to all requests. They are professional while being friendly. I strongly recommend them.
4th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)My partner conducted a 3hr/ 100mile round trip to be met with such unprofessionalism and dismissal. Becky Howl could not even give him the time of day to allow him to look at the property in more detail. She wasn't even going to open the doors to certain rooms, just stating "there's the utility room" as she marched past with haste in order to end the viewing as quickly as possible. If it wasn't for my partner stopping to take a look and ask questions, she would have had him out of the 5 bedroom, 3 reception room house in less than 5mins. It was apparent Becky favoured the previous potential tenants and therefore, wanted to put my partner off. Absolutely distressful behaviour from a so say professional.
