From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

25th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Keen to start with and good at supplying statistics, but slow to respond to emails and some emails not replied to. Telephone communication was good and received feed back after all viewings expect final viewing. Unable to convert high percentage of interest into viewings. Not all that impressed with professional photographer who didn't take pictures of some rooms, which we had to take ourselves. Didn't receive copy of printed brochure until contract was coming to an end and didn't receive copy of video.

He took the time to talk us through the valuation process, also talked through his report & gave us great pointers for the renovation works we want to complete. No stone left unturned, couldn't fault!

4th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.

8th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Very poor communications, we were always chasing them. They don't seem to know about things like Premium or Featured properties on Rightmove. They are too small and understaffed. You always get the answerphone when calling. I wonder if potential buyers get the same experience?

Ben and the staff are so helpful, professional and genuine in their efforts to secure you the property you want. If all Estate Agents worked as well as these guys homeseekers would be very happy bunnies indeed.

They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!

Andrea & Ed give you absolute dedication, expertise and professionalism throughout. Andrea gave sound advice on how best to present our home with an emphasis on attention to detail. Beautiful photography and drone footage really showcasing our property to its full potential. Our home was a unique combination of 16th Century, Edwardian and a modern annex. Andrea got to know us and the property and all of its quirky character and also the surrounding area. They gave us a realistic valuation which was £45K above the best of the other agents and sold it within days. By filtering the right people who would be genuinely intersted in our property. Andrea is always only a phone call away. On agreement of sale Andrea & Ed keep in close contact with everyone along the chain keeping us well informed as the sale progressed. If you are looking for an estate agent that will go the extra mile then Chocolate Box are the ones for you.

They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed. After the lockdown we shall be changing our agent.
7th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Best renting agency in Hereford so far .Thank you Mr.Lucas for your help, very helpful and polite too.We have looked for a three bed house but we did not liked it , but next day Mr. Lucas came back with another offer for viewing and in not even three days we have signed for our new rental house .The checking process is very fast and fair through a online checking company , everything online and easy to manage . Thank you , I will definitely recommend Sunderlands Hereford agency. Good job ????
