Some great deals to be had if you're lucky.<br>I'd suggest showing up early to see whats there and then bidding online back at home to avoid standing around for ages waiting for your lot to come up. There is a telehandler there that will help load your trailer which is very handy.<br>It was disappointing to see so much litter from the burger van scattered about. Any machine with a bucket seemed to be fair game to chuck rubbish into. I came back to my trailer to see it had been used as a dustbin. You would expect better from the farming community.

11th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently exchange contracts on a property. Gary was brilliant from start to finish. Great communication from negotiating and updates throughout the process. Alan who showed us round on a few occasions was also brilliant. Knowledgeable about the properties and very personable! I would recommend the agent for selling and buying very professional. I'm also a mortgage broker so communicate with a lot of estate agents and I found them so easy to deal with!
1st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.- 15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.
12th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I chose this agent based on a recent sale of a similar property in our village where this agent offered a video with a commentary which I felt gave our property the best opportunity to appeal to potential buyers. In my own search for properties I disliked complicated virtual tours which I found time consuming and irritating. This agent had a potential client waiting for a property such as ours which was quite frankly lucky for us so we STC very quickly. The buying process was then rather prolonged and drawn out but our negotiator handled our nervous and very particular first time buyer with commendable skill. Our agents regarding the property we were buying, Holland Broadbridge Shrewsbury were awful and were the same agent my daughter was unfortunately negotiating with as a 1st time buyer with her property nearby. Our negotiator at Flint& Cook was subjected to a lot of hassle due to the lack of professionalism of our buyer's agent.

They were always responsible, responsive, and quick to help whenever any issue came up in the house at any time. Communication was always pleasant and the team was consistently friendly, professional and helpful. We would especially like to thank Karen and Jane for their kindness and support throughout our tenancy. We truly appreciated all their help and would happily recommend Brookes Bliss to others.

The office team provided us with regular updates, prompt support and advice. It was a fairly drawn-out process as the chain was long and complicated but it all completed successfully on the appointed day. Mark and his team provided a most helpful personal service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
