The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.

It was a big move for us, and the process could not have been smoother or more pleasant — communication was excellent from start to finish. We felt strongly that our vendor was as sympathetically and respectfully treated as we were, and this meant a lot to us. All in all we had an absolutely great experience with Brooks Bliss and could not be happier in our new home.

11th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Cannot recommend this estate agents enough, friendly, helpful and never pushy. Found our dream house last April with them but sadly it sold before we could sell ours. I was overjoyed when I had a call from Mark Wiggins a few months later to say it had fallen through and was going back in the market. The service from them from start to finish was excellent. Special mention to Corrabeth - superstar. Thanks for everything, we love our new home - even in all this rain and mud!

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
