From our initial valuation with David, we knew we were in safe hands. They provided a realistic valuation and a brilliant marketing strategy that attracted buyers.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. David kept us updated every step of the way and chased up our solicitors to keep things moving smoothly. Selling our land was stressful, however, David made it feel less so, providing an excellent sounding board throughout. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area!

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

29th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
