29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I was under Northwood for 3 and a half years I am not the type to leave a review but I think to help others if their considering using them, Tennent, landlord whoever I would massively reconsider. They are the most rude and unprofessional estate agent I have ever come across. They take between 5-6 months to sort maintenance issues or sometimes just leave you without it being sorted. They don’t understand safeguarding or they just don’t care, there has been times iv been on the phone to a staff member from Northwood reporting an issues and mid conversation she started talking to someone else in the office, so she clearly wasn’t listing to me, all they say is we will call you back and never do, god knows what they do in that office because they don’t seem to work, they have put my rent up after every inspection without any improvement by them on the house I was in, and this is the worst part. Even the person who owned the property wasn’t happy with they was they worked and had to go through the hassle of getting rid of them and getting a new estate agent on board to manage the house as they wasn’t competent to do so. Northwood caused me alot of stress and I would never ever use them again is rather live in a tent !!!!

He went above and beyond throughout the process and was a real help whenever we had a question or needed anything.<br><br>Tash has also been fantastic throughout the buying process. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful time.<br><br>The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent, they’ve always kept us informed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br>A huge thank you to Alex, Tash and the entire team for helping make the process of buying our home such a positive experience.<br>We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

From our initial valuation with David, we knew we were in safe hands. They provided a realistic valuation and a brilliant marketing strategy that attracted buyers.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. David kept us updated every step of the way and chased up our solicitors to keep things moving smoothly. Selling our land was stressful, however, David made it feel less so, providing an excellent sounding board throughout. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area!

29th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
