10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Started off great. Then were sending people round who were looking for a 4 bed to a 3 bed house Felt like they were getting desperate when it was reaching the end. But some people were just time wasters aswell.

I dealt with Waseem from the very first appointment, and he was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process.

Everything was handled so quickly that the move into the apartment was completed within just a few days. I cannot thank Waseem enough for his honesty, professionalism, and outstanding support.

When we reported an emergency issue, Waseem was absolutely amazing. He acted on it immediately and showed genuine compassion and understanding towards the situation, which was especially important as my father is elderly.

His quick response, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference during a stressful time. I have NEVER experienced such excellent service from an estate agent.

Thank you so much to Waseem for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free!
Thank you for looking after my elderly father.

22nd Aug 2023 (3 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already. The more of us the better.
3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)An incredible experience selling with hunters Saif and George were great to deal with. Couldn't recommend them enough!
4th Jul 2019 (7 years ago)Very happy with the service provided by Agency 21, they helped me find tenants for my property. well definitely recommend them!!
13th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Had an amazing experience with Paulina and Sunny very professional and helpful.
15th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.Bismilla Property Ltd

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ian Jackson is a fraud. He knew my tenant is a fraud and claiming universal credit. There was an extra child living in my flat which I wasn't aware of. He is not answering any of his emails, messages and calls. He has possession of currently 10 months of rent money and will be more if my tenant doesn't move out. I am in the process of evicting my tenant but have no response. Everyone needs to report him to Report Fraud. He is no longer a part of Safe Agent and The Property Ombudsman said they can't do anything? How is this even ok? It is not ok?
29th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)Very organised company that satisfies clients needs. I am very pleased with them and I will recommend people any day any time to them.
29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Extremely concerning experience with one of this company’s van drivers.

I was cycling in a designated cycle lane when the van repeatedly veered into the cycle lane and directly into my path. The first time, I had to veer off the road onto the pavement at speed to avoid being hit and potentially going underneath the van.

I then rejoined the cycle lane, and the driver again veered into the cycle lane and turned left directly across my path, completely cutting me off and coming extremely close to hitting me.

This was extremely dangerous and erratic driving. I was genuinely concerned that I was going to be hit. I have reported the incident to the company and will also be reporting it to the Metropolitan Police.
15th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I recently purchased a flat via Smooth Move and I have to say the service they provided was excellent, Lisa was amazing, she kept me up to date with all issues and progress, and was a massive help and support to me though the whole process. When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. I recommend Smooth Moves if you are looking to sell/rent/buy a property ??????

13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
11th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I have a good relationship working with prime circle properties in relation to property sourcing and management. They are professional and reliable.

6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)It has been a great experience working with your company to see to the success of our commercial purchase which was sealed towards the end of July. You were more than just any agent, you were always prompt in your response to emails and phone calls. I wish to recommend your company to others who will need your services.
25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would like to sincerely thank Mahfuz for all his help and support throughout the sale of my property.

The property was on the market for over a year, and the sale unfortunately became a long and complicated process, including an earlier sale falling through. Despite the difficulties and delays, Mahfuz remained supportive, approachable and committed to getting the transaction completed.

He was always available when I needed to discuss something, liaised with the relevant parties and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly during the more difficult stages of the transaction.

After such a long and stressful process, completing the sale was a huge relief, and I am genuinely thankful to Mahfuz for his persistence, professionalism and support throughout the journey.
