19th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Diabolical service. Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.

11th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)We had an extremely positive experience in buying through S+P. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
1st Nov 2026 (0 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.
15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Having witnessed the practises at Lambert Smith Hampton - I can truly say they are unprofessional. During one public auction, they had people call in to artificially increase prices by bidding on the phone. They are not to be trusted.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I've been really impressed by the responsiveness of Think! and in particular Becky who oversees their branches in Thorpe & Costessey. They have excellent local knowledge & the experience wasn't at all salesy. We've been kept updated throughout & they've proven easy to reach. We've both had plenty of experience selling properties so this is refreshing and reassuring. We had looked at a few larger local competitors, but with the only one that had more houses listed in the area we were concerned by that agent's financial position (& even if we weren't buyers might be) & closure of their branches – that other agent also proved difficult to get hold of. Think! proved the right choice & willing to work with us throughout.
