From our first meeting to our last, he was very professional, patient, thoughtful, and most importantly, got things done in a way that fitted our needs. Very satisfied with the expertise and support he provided to us and would recommend him to anyone.

Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. He’s a very pleasant, caring and efficient person and understands the industry very well. I would totally recommend him and Savilles Ipswich. Kim
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I selected Flick&Son to deal with the sale of my late mothers house from a number of local estate agents as they were recommended and seemed to have the sort of local knowledge I wanted as we live some way away. This turned out to be a good choice as Matt, Sabrina, Richard and Henry all contributed to what turned out to be a long drawn out process with some disappointing twists and turns. Throughout it all I valued their collective support and advice, particularly when we were beginning to despair at ever completing the process. Sabrina was very reassuring and finally oversaw getting the whole thing over the line, many thanks Sabrina. I'm also particularly grateful to Matt who started the whole sale off and was very helpful in keeping an eye on the property when it was empty. I would recommend Flick&Son as they have that local knowledge and personal touch that I valued, not perfect but pretty good all the same.

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

He helped get quick but fair pricing agreements for both transactions. He and the wider team also handled queries quickly and kept us up to date on progress, working round setbacks to get a good outcome and a new home that we are very pleased with.

Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable about the market and consistently gives thoughtful, honest advice rather than simply telling clients what they want to hear. What really sets him apart is his calm professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to guide decisions with confidence and integrity. He understands both the emotional and financial sides of property transactions and has always made us feel we were in very capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell property. He is experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

They’ve been dependable, professional, courteous & kind & most notably easy to communicate with which has been greatly reassuring at times. We’d highly recommend them & can understand why they’re so well established in Woodbridge ? ? ? ? ?
5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
