They were able to help us find Solicitors. And helped the process go through quickly and smoothly - sold our house within 24hrs, and we were moved within two months!! He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

He has conducted two viewings with us + also went back to take some photos that were required by the surveyor. Very accommodating and a credit to the team.
