Very frustrating being left in limbo for almost a week! While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

We mainly had contact with Leanne who was so helpful and lovely. It’s been a while since we sold/bought a house but she was happy to guide us through the purchasing process. No question was too minor! Thank you all for all your help! We’re very happy in our new home :)
