11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns. What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons. Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates. The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain. Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. This was a for sure reason in this property being second guessed by us prior to choosing. It never seemed to be a priority for them to meet us and make us feel welcome.

Right from the start, they were very knowledgeable about the market, always professional, understanding and approachable. Having never sold a property they helped us from the smallest of inquiries to keeping us informed of everything that was happening during the exchange/completion process.<br><br>They expertly marketed the property with quality photography. Would repeat complete sub par viewings, giving false or no information even though they had this written down. Had to change for feedback on more than one occasion. 2 individuals were completely awful to work with. Avoid.

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else
