The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

9th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We both bought and sold bungalows successfully through Diamond Mills. Alan was particularly effective at gaining trust with ourselves and potential buyers. He helped get quick but fair pricing agreements for both transactions. He and the wider team also handled queries quickly and kept us up to date on progress, working round setbacks to get a good outcome and a new home that we are very pleased with.

4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Terrible experience with Humberts Norwich. We applied for a property advertised as available from 1 August, paid the tenancy deposit and organised our move around August dates discussed with the agency. The dates kept changing and, only around two weeks before we had to leave our existing home, we were told the property would not actually be available until end of October. We had to find another long-term home at very short notice. Communication throughout was uncertain and the whole situation was handled very poorly. We also made a formal complaint but we never recieved their formal response.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year. Thanks Becki and Dave ????
