Highly recommend.- 19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Michael at Lacy Scott & Knight Stowmarket was fantastic to deal with, super efficient and accommodating, the Lacy Scott brochure was a true representation of the property being sold, would highly recommend this the estate agent for selling and buying, a very professional smooth transaction.

13th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I haven't always considered Bedfords 5* but actually the real problem has been sheer frustration with the prevailing housing market in 2025. I believe Michael was born an estate agent, his knowledge of the market in Aldeburgh is second to none. Susie likewise is so knowledgeable of this area. Their advice goes beyond what you are selling, they also take an interest in your purchasing of property even if its through other Estate Agencies. I would say be aware of not listening to any advice offered. We listened but to our discomfort took a different course of action and are paying the price...quite literally! They seem to have a good catalogue of buyers waiting to purchase which was so helpful even though I like most buyers go straight to Rightmove without considering who the agent is. Their advice on pricing was accurate and advertising presentation excellent. Whilst our current move has been an awful drawnout experience and we have lost two commited purchasers along the way we appreciate the service our local agent provides and realise we will eventually sell our lovely property and it will be with Bedfords. Thankyou chaps.

19th Jun 2022 (3 years ago)Diabolical service. Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.
21st Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)Duplicated invoices, shoddy management, accessing premises without due consent, damage to premises (through use of contractors), unable to construct basic emails, agreeing terms and then reneging on them and false accusations made to our landlord. I'm not sure if they still act as property managers or if they have given it up, but if they do and you're a prospective tenant, be very careful.Strutt & Parker - Eastern Estates & Farm Agency - Ipswich

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

1st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Only have sellers interest at heart, awful one sided. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year. Thanks Becki and Dave ????
