She appreciated that there were a number of pressures and moving parts involved in the transaction and was always willing to listen, keep us updated and help where she could.<br><br>She was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with, and we particularly appreciated the way she dealt with matters calmly and practically when things became time-sensitive. She understood the importance of keeping everyone informed and helped maintain communication between the parties during a fairly pressured transaction.<br><br>Elena was always courteous and helpful, and we felt that she genuinely wanted to see the transaction reach a successful conclusion.<br><br>We are very grateful for her assistance and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns. What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons. Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates. The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain. Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events. Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

Thank you Debbie!- 29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have found Bev to be professional friendly and very helpful<br>She has been prepared to go the extra mile by contacting me even when it is her non-working day<br>I have been particularly impressed by her straight edge<br>If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will admit it and go away and find out rather than resorting to confabulation on the spot<br>Moreover she does not utilise any pressure selling techniques which are typical of her profession which is a welcome and refreshing change.<br>As a person who has been radicalised by common decency I highly recommend her.<br>if you are selling your house, you want this woman to do it for you<br>if you are a potential buyer and come across her then you will have a pleasant experience

All queries were dealt with quickly, professionally and helpfully. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this agency. Great service all round, they really went the extra mile.

23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
