Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 17th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)We just recently purchased a house through Hamilton Smith, we dealt with Andrew and James. We could not fault the service, from start to finish they were brilliant. Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. Both very friendly and approachable. Would happily recommend. Thank you both. Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

They're proactive, confident and genuinely care about being about to meet your expectations and requirements. They've been quick to respond to and deal with any issues and always put 110% effort and energy into making sure you're a happy client. They managed to secure a buyer for my property within just a few weeks, which was incredibly impressive, especially given the current market. On top of that, they also helped us to successfully secure an offer on a new house through them, making the whole experience smooth and efficient. Communication has been excellent from start to finish. They kept all parties well-informed and are always quick to respond to any questions we have, which has, so far, made a potentially stressful process feel much more manageable! I’d highly recommend Abbotts to anyone looking to buy or sell. They're a professional, proactive, and genuinely helpful team.

From our initial meeting to discuss marketing of our property through to completion, he always provided us with a service above and beyond expectation. He was a single point of contact at any time/day and kept us updated throughout the process of selling our house and also offered some extremely valuable advice which helped us regarding the purchase of our next home. 27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The lady who did the viewing did not show us around the property, barely said anything and acted as if us being there asking questions was an inconvenience. We were so relieved that we were not successful in renting that house so we don't have to have contact with this agency again. Appalling.

The two guys who worked there were dedicated, and if not able to answer the phone immediately would without fail get back to me within the hour. Reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Helpful in so many ways. As a single woman selling a house on my own I really appreciated their non stop yet never intrusive support. I have nothing but good things to report about this Estate Agents. Thank you David and Steve.
16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)The staff at this estate agents are proffesional and contactable and reachable through out the whole process we wer.nt with this estate agents but Megan dealt with everything and was Brilliant even tho our own eastate agents w.h Brown were useless oops did i say w.h brown never mind.But yes if your buying / selling this is the place to do it.Enjoy
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
