Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

We mainly had contact with Leanne who was so helpful and lovely. It’s been a while since we sold/bought a house but she was happy to guide us through the purchasing process. No question was too minor! Thank you all for all your help! We’re very happy in our new home :)
