She appreciated that there were a number of pressures and moving parts involved in the transaction and was always willing to listen, keep us updated and help where she could.<br><br>She was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with, and we particularly appreciated the way she dealt with matters calmly and practically when things became time-sensitive. She understood the importance of keeping everyone informed and helped maintain communication between the parties during a fairly pressured transaction.<br><br>Elena was always courteous and helpful, and we felt that she genuinely wanted to see the transaction reach a successful conclusion.<br><br>We are very grateful for her assistance and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

12th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Working primarily with James at Hamilton Smith was an absolute breath of fresh air; his exceptional dedication, great sense of humour, and human approach made our purchase a massive success, with fantastic support from Andrew too.<br><br>From our very first interaction, James was incredibly helpful, proactive, and polite. What we appreciated most was his great sense of humour and the fact that he actually treats you like a human being, rather than just another transaction. He kept us completely in the loop at every single stage of the process. Unlike other agents we've encountered, he was never evasive—he gave us straight answers, answered every query promptly, and worked tirelessly to make sure the purchase went smoothly. Andrew was also great whenever we spoke with him, providing fantastic additional support and keeping everything on track.<br><br>Thanks in huge part to James's exceptional service and care, we successfully completed our purchase and happily moved into our new home last week! The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

Jackie was so kind and helpful throughout the entire letting process! She kept us updated at every turn and was an utter pleasure to work with, she made everything so painless! She was so thorough with making sure the property was up to a high standard when we got the keys, after dealing with London letting agents who couldn’t care less this was so refreshing! I can’t recommend Grier & Partners enough, especially Jackie! Thank you!!

Making false promises and claims from the start.- 29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have found Bev to be professional friendly and very helpful<br>She has been prepared to go the extra mile by contacting me even when it is her non-working day<br>I have been particularly impressed by her straight edge<br>If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will admit it and go away and find out rather than resorting to confabulation on the spot<br>Moreover she does not utilise any pressure selling techniques which are typical of her profession which is a welcome and refreshing change.<br>As a person who has been radicalised by common decency I highly recommend her.<br>if you are selling your house, you want this woman to do it for you<br>if you are a potential buyer and come across her then you will have a pleasant experience

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
