Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. Jennifer Catchpole handled our sale and she was just excellent along with all her collegues. Communication was excellent from the start and they made the whole process so much easier for us. Thank you ever so much for all your efforts we both really appreciate it.
19th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Hamilton Smith to sell our house, and also bought our new one through them. They were always professional, friendly and helpful. They were able to help us find Solicitors. And helped the process go through quickly and smoothly - sold our house within 24hrs, and we were moved within two months!! A special thanks to James and Angie!

19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

He was proactive, chasing the purchasers their estate agent and solicitor but with tact and diplomacy so that relationships remained amicable and the sale eventually completed without any dramas. Liz and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team at the Ipswich office.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
