Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. Both very friendly and approachable. Would happily recommend. Thank you both. Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Michael at Lacy Scott & Knight Stowmarket was fantastic to deal with, super efficient and accommodating, the Lacy Scott brochure was a true representation of the property being sold, would highly recommend this the estate agent for selling and buying, a very professional smooth transaction.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)The overall experience with Oakheart Sudbury has been exceptional, particularly thanks to Freddie who has been attentive, professional and incredibly understanding. During our buying and selling experiences, we have come across many estate agents who can be a little too pushy when trying to sell their services, we haven't experienced this at all with Oakheart or with Freddie. The service Freddie has provided has been unmatched and we honestly can't thank him enough for securing our sale.
