No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

6th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

Communication was always clear, and any questions I had were answered promptly. They made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled efficiently. 24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We couldn’t be any more pleased with the whole selling experience with Stonefield. Right from the first visit from the very charming Lee( the valuer) we felt at ease . This was very important to us as we had a horrific experience with the sale of our last property and didn’t think we could trust an estate agent again. Also Lee reassured us that our sons complex medical needs would not be a problem and viewings would be accommodated around him which is exactly what happened.We were kept informed by the lovely Marie about every part of the process and reassured when I was getting stressed prior to the house going on the market.We sold with Marie about 18 years ago and knew she was the person we wanted to deal with our sale,Every member of the team were polite and pleasant to talk to and the results speak for themselves. Our house sold in one day for well above home report and we are delighted with the whole process.10 out of 10 to the dream team at Stonefield- 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Very poor service, submitted a verbal offer with via phoning the estate agent for a property at Oswald Court on the basis nobody else had submitted a bid on the property at that time. Received a call over 3 hours later to say someone else has had submitted a bid which the client had accepted. At no point was I informed of someone else submitting a bid.<br><br>Was given no further options and basically left with "tough luck".<br><br>Sent a written email of complaint as instructed on the website over 10 days ago to raise my issues with no response as of yet so doesn't look like I'm getting one.<br><br>Wouldn't recommend to use, been dealing with estate agents for nearly 6 months as a first time buyer and this is the only estate agent which has made me feel unwelcome and unsupported.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
