We used D&G, in our case Paul Gunn, to find and rent the property first and for the regular maintenance and issues during our stay. Service was professional and very good, no surprises and all very clear allowing us to start our rental with no problems and quite easily and maintenance when we had some minor issues, including a minor leak, has always been very fast and efficient, often mere hours away. Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.... Read more

Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.... Read more
