I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

17th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)David Andrew Estates on Highbury Park have been fully managing two properties for me for over 30 years. I cannot think of a greater testament for their services than that both properties have been let 99% of the time to tenants who have looked after the property and paid their rent on time every single month. Thank you to Philip, Francois and John and the team. I highly recommend these people and this company to both landlords and tenants.

10th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Would avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Estate agencies are always a hit or miss, more often than not a miss. But I’m yet to experience a better agency than Julian Reid. Fair and honest, with kind and reliable people that are only ever a phone call away. Special mention to the lovely Simon and Michael, and to Julian himself. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

15th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints

1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

I cannot envisage using anyone else's services. I recommend them without any reservation.<br>Sorosh Kordestani

13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Excellent service from Wilkinson & Fox, they have dealt with the sale of my late brother’s house in Kent while I live up here in Argyll. Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.

We were always kept in the look with clear and timely updates, and they really got things moving quickly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????

Communication has been excellent, and it’s reassuring to know my property is being looked after properly. I would happily recommend them to other landlords.

He was extremely personable, professional, and always happy to answer any questions we had. Vim was remarkably flexible with our viewing requests and responsive at all hours—even arranging a second viewing for us so we could measure dimensions for our furniture. He turned an extremely stressful process into a smooth and relaxed one. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
