14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The property only had about 3 viewings in the whole time. ( about 4 months). They were very positive about the market when we set up the sale., although I do understand it might have been a difficult time to sell. When phoning there was often just an answer machine although they did get back to us quickly. No floor plan was done and some of the photos didn’t show the property in its best light. They were very pleasant and sent regular emails each week to update us.
2nd Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)From start to finish, the rental team, Mark, Ellenie and Chris were so professional, supportive and helpful. Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

3rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

1st Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Fantastic and professional team! They are honestly the best agents in the area, I have such a great experience with them. They do care of the tenants, and they work so hard to solve any issues and to they make you feel like home. Since my initial enquiry, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and so welcoming. They are super approachable, and they communicate and deal with their customers in a friendly and professional manner from the start. The rent fees of their properties are also generously priced. First class service, cannot recommend them enough!

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

1st Nov 2025 (1 year ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

6th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this business based on our experience. Our property was occupied by individuals without our authorisation, despite our clear instructions that no one was to be staying there. We also paid for property inspections that, in our experience, were not carried out as agreed. This did not reflect the service or the contractual obligations we expected Houzly to fulfil. When we regained possession of the property, we discovered damage that had not been identified or reported to us. This was particularly concerning because Houzly had previously assured us that the property was in immaculate condition. Most concerning of all, when we entered the property, we found a man living there with his personal belongings and furniture. We had never authorised him to occupy the property, and he did not have a tenancy agreement with us. We were informed that he had been given access to the property by Houzly. We later became aware that he was a business associate of Houzly’s owner in a separate business venture, which raised further concerns for us about how our property had been managed. Overall, we found the service to be unprofessional, communication to be poor, and key responsibilities to have been neglected. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again and cannot recommend its services.
