Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

Their digital check-in and online document handling are leaps ahead of the standard real estate market. Their support is exceptional, making the entire process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend them for a modern, hassle-free experience. James performed his work professionally and deserves accolades for his professionalism.

1st Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Fantastic and professional team! They are honestly the best agents in the area, I have such a great experience with them. They do care of the tenants, and they work so hard to solve any issues and to they make you feel like home. Since my initial enquiry, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and so welcoming. They are super approachable, and they communicate and deal with their customers in a friendly and professional manner from the start. The rent fees of their properties are also generously priced. First class service, cannot recommend them enough!

6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this business based on our experience. Our property was occupied by individuals without our authorisation, despite our clear instructions that no one was to be staying there. We also paid for property inspections that, in our experience, were not carried out as agreed. This did not reflect the service or the contractual obligations we expected Houzly to fulfil. When we regained possession of the property, we discovered damage that had not been identified or reported to us. This was particularly concerning because Houzly had previously assured us that the property was in immaculate condition. Most concerning of all, when we entered the property, we found a man living there with his personal belongings and furniture. We had never authorised him to occupy the property, and he did not have a tenancy agreement with us. We were informed that he had been given access to the property by Houzly. We later became aware that he was a business associate of Houzly’s owner in a separate business venture, which raised further concerns for us about how our property had been managed. Overall, we found the service to be unprofessional, communication to be poor, and key responsibilities to have been neglected. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again and cannot recommend its services.
