Sean has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of listing the property and carrying out a number of viewings. Hannah has great in supporting with offers and providing support once an offer was accepted.<br>They both made the selling process a lot less stressful and helped in achieving a really quick sale from start to finish.<br>Thank you so much to Sean, Hannah and the sales team at Cope & Co.

My first contact with Jordan, who was enthusiastic and contagiously positive with her ideas, to the incredible friendly, efficient, supportive, professional and again positive and professional, lovely Laura (who answered all my questions and great to talk to!(all of them were)!)). All supported by Ellie, who also kept everything moving, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. A fabulous team. The price is good and between them, they made everything seem easy. I am so grateful to them for making me feel that I am in "good hands". I have had experience with other Estate Agents and can honestly say, Newton Fallowell have been the BEST.

We had loads of viewings and the agents that came gave plenty of notice for viewings and were available to do the viewing with the customer as it wasn’t something I wanted to do myself. It was easy to contact someone if I had any queries or questions.

26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I needed a property valuation to which this was carried out by their representative Tony. I found Tony to be very friendly and professional as upon his arrival he had extensively researched local house prices within the area. After doing a walk through of the property and giving his personal assessment I was pleased with the valuation price. I do feel I need to mention that Tony wasn t just an estate agent that day but a knight in shining armour has an elderly lady took a bad fall outside to which he immediately stepped in to call the emergency services and make sure she received the medical care she needed. If I m going ahead with the house sale it will be Martin and Co Chesterfield Lettings and Estate Agents I would choose.

18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Were my estate agents at whilst I was at University. Really poor in terms of arranging things to be fixed and replaced. My bed broke and wasn’t usable and it genuinely took them over a month to replace. It was similar for the multiple leaks I had in the room. My room was essentially uninhabitable and they did nothing to fix<br>Were fair and quick to give back the deposit to be fair to them but my overall experience was really poor and I’d be mindful about renting with them. Clearly do take advantage of students and provide a really poor and slow service.<br><br>Reply to Nicholas Humphrey’s: it was definitely Nicholas Humphrey’s. It was a few years ago but I can still remember it. Maybe spend more time improving your level of service and less time taking advantage of students and pretending to look at your records and denying things.

She understood that my ability to attend viewings was limited by my distance and went the extra mile to ensure I didn't waste time and money without prior landlord approval. She answered every question I had and explained the process promptly and kindly at each step.
25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Terrible service. Viewed a property with Connor yesterday and he told me he would send an application the following morning. No application was received and saw on rightmove let agreed. It’s really not fair to be wasting peoples time going to viewings when they pick and chose who they want to apply. Definitely an estate agent to avoid.

Donna was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping me constantly updated and always making sure I knew what was happening. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise were invaluable in navigating the potential issues that arose along the way. Donna was genuinely ‘on it’ the whole time and went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Although I hope I will never move again, if I were to do so, I would definitely use Freckleton Brown again. Thank you, Donna, for all your hard work and support.

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Responded quickly to ensure an accurate description was listed. Viewings communicated quickly and sold within 2weeks
