26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Called every day for a week to get tree branches removed from my garden (they took down two trees on their property next door), despite daily promises the big branches are still there a week after the trees came down.<br>** It's my landlord who is most annoyed, I'm just frustrated that I have not been kept in the loop/given updates. I was assured it would be done on Friday... A call to apologise and tell me the plans going forward would have been appreciated ??????

Communication was excellent no delays in responding to anything and everything their end was done so quickly, Their presentation skills for the advertising of the property was amazing. No faults at all, would definitely recommend using Louvain and Chloe if you are selling a property,

From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was down to Charlene and Alice.<br><br>Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.<br><br>Alice, the director, was equally fantastic. She liaised with all parties involved, handled numerous obstacles with real professionalism and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel far more manageable. Her calm, confident approach gave us reassurance throughout, and she seemed to find a solution to every challenge that arose.<br><br>Selling a property is never straightforward, and our sale certainly had its fair share of hurdles. However, the determination, expertise and teamwork shown by Charlene and Alice were exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond what we would ever have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Fine & Country should be incredibly proud to have these two ladies representing them. Their service was personal, professional and genuinely first-class. 8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)?? 1 star<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience with Nexa South Wales has been extremely frustrating.<br><br>I have been living in my current property since February and have experienced ongoing maintenance issues almost from the beginning. There have been repeated leaks from the bathroom into the kitchen, including an incident where water flooded into the kitchen and affected the electrics. Multiple contractors have attended, with various parts replaced and repairs attempted, but I have repeatedly had to chase for issues to actually be resolved.<br><br>I have also been left waiting for months for damage caused by the leaks to be properly made good, including staining and repainting the kitchen ceiling.<br><br>More recently, the boiler has been leaking for months. Two leaks were identified, one was repaired, but I have still been waiting for the other to be resolved. This morning, the boiler started leaking heavily again at around 6am, leaving me with no choice but to turn off the internal stopcock. As a result, I currently have no water, hot water or heating in the property.<br><br>What is particularly disappointing is the lack of urgency and communication. An inspection was also carried out around a month ago, with several issues identified and uploaded to my online account. Despite this, I have received no follow-up and nobody has attended to address those issues.<br><br>I have repeatedly reported problems and tried to be patient, but I feel that I am constantly having to chase the letting agent, landlord and builder to get basic maintenance and safety issues dealt with.<br><br>I appreciate that repairs can sometimes take time, but there is a significant difference between a repair taking time and repeatedly having to chase unresolved problems for months, particularly when they involve water leaks, electrical concerns and loss of essential services.<br><br>The whole situation has caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and has significantly affected my experience of living in the property. I would simply expect maintenance issues to be taken seriously, communicated properly and dealt with within a reasonable timeframe.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far and would not currently recommend Nexa South Wales based on the way my tenancy and ongoing maintenance issues have been handled.

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for us, particularly through some of the more challenging moments. An absolutely brilliant estate agent and an even better person. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for everything, Gareth! ??

She handled the sale of my 3-bedroom townhouse, and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing.<br><br>Lydia went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Her professionalism, communication, dedication and genuine commitment to getting the job done were second to none. Selling a property can be stressful, but Lydia made the whole experience so much easier by keeping me informed, being incredibly supportive and always making me feel like I was in safe hands.<br><br>What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.
