Gail, who was our main contact, has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and always took the time to update us, even when the news wasn’t so positive. She and the rest of the Colwills team are professional and friendly and make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. If we need an Estate Agent in the future it will 100% be Colwills.

Always professional, even when it gets stressful, Helen was a godsend and was always at the end of the phone when we needed her. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.
25th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Mark Kivell and his team, were brilliant from the beginning to the end whilst dealing with the sale of our Orchard and business. The initial valuation was very professional, yet friendly, and the fact that he had previously sold an Orchard a few years ago, to the fantastic drone footage, and feedback from him as well as his wonderful team. Even in these financially hard times, they achieved an above asking price offer, which proceeded very smoothly to the end. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, all.
24th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.

3rd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)My experience was very stressful thay did not check if buyer had any funds for 4 months then realised there was no buyer.then thay refused to give back my personal papers i gave them.personall papers I gave them when I decided to change estate agents.

12th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Admittedly it’s been 18 months since I dealt with Carl at Sbc ,he has a lazy attitude not interested happy to charge me £600 for an advert and rubbish online photos and then pretty much did nothing to try and sell my business I did all the work and still never sold it or got a result waste of money waste of time , like I said it’s been 18 months but I feel I’m still entitled to leave a review. I would never ever recommend them ever to any Buisness , at that time I had an apology email from Carl but I’m sorry it wasn’t enough, my Buisness went stagment online and I lost a fortune , £600 down the drain , take your money then they run .
