18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)We initially had a viewing with Harley, who gave us a really thorough show around, nothing was too much.<br><br>We decided to purchase the property and dealt with Gareth, who knew the property inside and out. He was absolutely fantastic, allowing us to view the property a handful of times to see snagging, take measurements and was great at communicating. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>On moving day, colwills rang me before my solicitors (who were also fab) to allow me to pick up the keys, great service, thank you!

The communication and updates were excellent, from when we were viewing properties at the beginning and then when we had an offer accepted we received the same level of service all the way through. We would use them in the future.

A complicated sale involving multiple parties, probate etc but Dan was calm, professional and kept us in the loop at all times. Kindness, patience and always quick to respond to any queries. 5th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)We was purchasing a property advertised by SBC property. And dealt with russell, my wife left a review and was contacted by russell to remove it multiple tims, I just want to have my say on the experience.<br>Russell never came over freindly, it was always like we had to prove if we could afford it, after telling him we had a mortgage in principle and had a buyer for our house. He said that being in a chain was not a good position to be in. How many people wouldn't be in a chain on a purchase of 750k. When I initially made an offer, he just didn't get back to me, I rang up a week later and he said no, I raised the offer and again he didn't get back to me untill I rang him. Very unprofessional.<br>Then when the offer was excepted and we started paying thousands in searches, survey, valuation etc he didn't take it off the market or put sold subject to contract. When I rang him to ask if he could he was literally shouting down the phone at me. It was unbelievable.<br>Then he was ringing asking what the hold up was, I asked my solicitor and they said they are waiting for answers from the seller.<br>It was always like he thought we was time wasters and we was messing them around, when in fact it was us waiting for searches or usual conveyencing.<br>After spending 12,000 pounds, we was told that the property is unmortgageble due to some mines. When I told russell he said the sellers are equally out of pocket, well they wasn't, they spent 2k and it was there property, the property russell was selling that was unmortgageble.<br>When I told the sellers and russell they both made out like I was completely wrong and there was nothing wrong with the land.<br>I've recently spoken to an estate agent in cornwall and they said they should always advise us to undergo a mining survey at the very start, not from russel. The second I told him, it was re advertised.<br>Aggressive, irritating and very unprofessional.<br><br>You said to my wife on her review that it was an unfair representation when in fact as a customer russell is what I have wrote and is worse than my partners review indicates.<br>I had family members listen to the tone he spoke to me in and was gobsmacked! So it isn't just myself or my partner, as well as the seller.<br>The worst experience I have ever had. Compared to the estate agent we are dealing with now that have been incredible, friendly and helpful from the start, completely different experience.- 20th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I purchased a property using Cole Rayment & White last summer. The agent was terrific; he liaised efficiently and swiftly with my vendors and lawyers, as needed, and he was invariably as friendly and helpful as he could be. The purchase went through rapidly, and I have been happily settled ever since. In my view, the smoothness of this purchase was related to my agent's skills, and also because CR&W are a respected, long-standing agency in my area, so their local knowledge adds a real benefit to what they offer. I would thoroughly recommend this company, and my personal thanks to Charlie, the agent who dealt with me.

9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .

Great in the beginning when we were paying our rent on time. but then when we moved the pettiness of the final inspection of the property was Absolutely ridiculous, down to cobwebs in the garage, light bulbs not working, left a coat hangers in a cupboard, left a glass in the kitchen cupboard, I believe they Are trying to keep our deposit. I would not recommend them to anyone.
