4th Jan 2026 (10 mo. ago)Great service we have change agency now but I think I did the wrong thing but I will give it time and go back to them xxx
30th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I've bought and sold several houses and never come across an agent as good as this. Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
13th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Miranda had more viewing, then all the other four estate agents. Put together. Everything she said, she did. She was all talk. I would recommend, her to anyone, selling a house. She gets 10 out 10 from us.
3rd Nov 2026 (3 days ago)Really knowledgable and helpful getting my sale processed and would have no hesitation in using them again
6th Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We just bought our home and couldn't be happier with the service! Tessa was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always there to answer our questions. Thank you, Tessa, and the team for making our dream come true!
13th May 2025 (1 year ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them
5th Nov 2025 (1 year ago)we were always updated with the current sisuation
23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Not brilliant at updates. Property sold within 3 days so maybe undervalued? All solicitor recommended by them turned out to be on line from wales so very difficult for updates. Money kept back without clear reasons why although eventually paid
26th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We would like to thank Kate for her professional handling of the sale of our property.
She took the time to get to know the property well, enabling her to answer any questions that prospective buyers had, and was very supportive throughout the whole process to both us and the purchasers.
Sales progression was handled well by Mel who kept us informed along the way.
We would have no hesitation in recommending MansbridgeBalment as Real Estate Agents for the sale of a property.
27th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)They were pleasant but ineffective.
15th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Excellent market knowledge. They successfully got a fantastic offer on my property within a week. Highly recommended and great communication.
28th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We are renting a property listed by Wainwright and they have been very polite and courteous to all our needs. I would recommend them highly.
31st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)If you want an estate agent who treats you as an individual, goes the extra mile to sell your property then use Sensible Move. Their rates are competitive as well.
5th Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)All very professional and informative
29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.
13th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I have now tried calling this company now for 3 days, left a number of messages all you get is the answer phone.
Was looking to buy.
I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them.
I will not be buying through them that's for sure.
Stay away property sellers.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
28th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Sorry I cannot add to what appears to be an excellent review- my brother in law was dealing with you not me- but his feedback about your performance and communication was very much in your favour - many thanks Mike
15th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Very helpful and knowledgeable, sold my property in less than a week highly recommend
5th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)After my mother passed away we had to sell her house. I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed.
As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.
