On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. 17th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Going to see multiple properties is always a nightmare but meeting Jenni at Northwood I was able to have an experience that made the process so smooth I’ve never had from other agents or estate agents so having Jenni doing the process in the way I understood was just perfect.

11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
