She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.

Everything and more of what you want from your letting agents!<br>From the very get-go of our 2 year tenancy in Henley, to the day we moved out- Sam, Charlie, Marie (and the rest of the Ballards Team) were nothing short of amazing.<br>We had helpful, clear and efficient communication throughout the tenancy. They employ someone to progress the sale … I had to constantly chase the person who was supposed to be doing the chasing.

They gave us clear and practical advice, kept us informed throughout the process and responded promptly whenever we had a question.<br>Their support made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. We particularly appreciated the personal service, attention to detail and the care taken to find suitable tenants for the property. It was reassuring to know that everything was being handled efficiently and professionally.<br>I would happily recommend Parkers to other landlords looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. Buying a flat for my daughter and I was a huge step, especially during a really difficult time in our lives, and they made the whole experience so much easier. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, genuine, and supportive. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question I had, and always made me feel at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I never felt pressured or rushed. They genuinely cared about finding the right home for us, not just making a sale. What really sets them apart is how personal they are. They treat you like a person, not just another client, and even after everything was completed, they’ve stayed in touch, which says so much about the kind of people they are. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Moving home can be an overwhelming experience, but the support and guidance I received made the process much smoother and less stressful. They were always honest, helpful and never made us feel pressured into accepting offers we weren’t happy with. They fully supported us in holding out for the right buyer and in the end we got the price we wanted.<br><br>The whole team made what can be a stressful process feel much easier.
