Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.

I would highly recommend- 18th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Ben and the team at Ballards Twyford highly enough. We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain. Thanks Ben and team!

Despite a few hiccups and delays along the way, they remained positive and fully committed to getting things done. We were kept informed of viewings, feedback and changes and they were always available to answer queries and were also very prompt in doing so. I would have no hesitation in using Prospect again and can thoroughly recommend Daniel and his team in Winnersh!

30th May 2026 (26 days ago)Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. Robbie is one of the kindest estate agents we have dealt with and is a credit to the team. We couldn’t recommend the woodley branch enough. Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!

Very friendly and professional, and made navigating a stressful situation a lot more manageable. If we are to sell this house in future, we will definitely do so using Quarters and we are already recommending Quarters to friends and family.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.

They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Moving home can be an overwhelming experience, but the support and guidance I received made the process much smoother and less stressful.
