Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. 8th Apr 2026 (25 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Adams Estates. The checkout process felt unfair and heavily biased against the tenant. Many items listed in the report were inaccurate or related to normal wear and tear after two years of living in the property. Some conditions mentioned, such as mould, marks, and general ageing, were already present when I moved in, yet they were still included as issues at checkout. There were also claims about missing items that were actually present, which makes it hard to trust the accuracy of the inspection. The property was not newly renovated when I moved in, but the expectations at checkout felt unrealistic. I am willing to pay reasonable charges where genuinely justified, but the overall handling of this situation has seriously affected my trust in this agency.

After having several houses fall through with other agents, they’d call me if new houses were due to come on once they knew exactly what was after (no time wasting!!) and I ended up buying a property before it came to market.
