18th Jun 2022 (3 years ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

12th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

19th May 2026 (26 days ago)I can't recommend Christian Reid Estate highly enough. Chris and his team have been fantastic agents. I rented a house from them for over three years. During that time, they were always helpful, always available to sort out any problems I might've had. They're friendly, approachable, and highly professional. Just a bunch of really decent people. And I'm very grateful for all of their help during my time there.
