Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

Exceptional photography of the property and presentation in advertising. Follow up at every stage by Claire was faultless, explaining what was going on and swiftly answering my questions.

From the first viewing to exchanging contracts, they have helped to make the whole process very smooth, stress free and quick (8 weeks from offer to exchange). I would highly recommend JJ Morris and their team.

A great attribute to have!

17th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.

From the very beginning, they have been absolutely amazing, supporting me throughout what has been a difficult and sometimes challenging journey to finally reaching the buying stage. Their patience, understanding and professionalism have made such a difference. Every member of staff has been courteous, friendly and obliging, always willing to help and go the extra mile. I have felt supported throughout the entire process and cannot thank them enough for their kindness and dedication. Excellent service from a truly lovely team. She is a true professional who knows her market well and was so helpful when we were searching for a new home recently.
