16th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)We bought a stone farm house in Pembrokeshire in May earlier this year through Savilles. Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
4th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Very disappointing experience. We had a viewing booked for a property, only to find out through Facebook that it had already been sold. There was no communication from the estate agent to let us know, despite our appointment being arranged. It felt unprofessional and a waste of our time. We’ve had several bad experiences with this estate agent, they definitely do not try and get the best for the ones selling the house! Would definitely not recommend, and would definitely not buy a house from them if we can help it!

6th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Claire at PopularMove helped me buy my house and helped with my solicitor who was difficult to get in touch with. She was GREAT. Friendly, professional, and on the ball. On the day of completion she phoned to say we'd bought house and to give me key. An hour ( at least!) later my solicitor called to give me the good news. We were already saying bye & thanks to removal men. That summed up whole experience really. Everyone should buy their new house from PopularMove! Especially if Claire is agent. Thank you Claire.
30th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.- 14th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Good and sound advice on the onset. All members of staff were very helpful from reception to Directors. We trusted in their confidence our property would sell, and it did.

I have mainly dealt with Amberley who has been beyond helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. She is quick and efficient when responding to queries and always very polite and helpful. I have also had contact with Melissa and Donna and they were both extremely helpful too. I would not hesitate in recommending FBM Pembroke, who have provided me with a first class service throughout the whole process. Thank you!
4th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Thank you to everyone in the office at John Francis, Pembroke for helping our house purchase cross the line. A tremendous help in moving the purchase along, by passing messages to seller to quicken up the process. Very helpful and efficient.
17th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.
