13th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Initial valuation range was at low end of those from several agents consulted. No viewings, so reduced the price range. A few viewings and ultimately an offer below the bottom end of the range. Plans had been made based on initial advice so settling on a significantly Lower price was painful.- 14th Jan 2011 (15 years ago)I'm not normally one to leave a review but i've been renting a property via House Martins for quite some time now. There service is second to none.
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)First let then sold a property through maritime properties. They dealt with the while process and kept me informed at all times. Much better than other estate agents that I have dealt with.
17th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Urtopia are the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. From our initial viewing to signing the contract, moving in and finally getting back our full deposit, they provided a stellar service. The few times we needed something fixed in the flat Urtopia dealt with it swiftly and everything was dealt with in less than 24 hours. I absolutely recommend Urtopia!
14th May 2022 (4 years ago)Winkworth’s Surrey quays where very professional kept in touch on progress on what people liked and didn’t like .yes can’t knock them plus got a good rate every other estate wanted 2.percent Winkworth 1.4 percent..- 6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Selling a two bedroom flat in Greenwich is a daunting task. After 3 months of occasional viewings we dropped the price and engaged a second agent. Both operated on a no sale no cost basis and there was no second agent supplement. Once they found a buyer, they were on our case with excellent communication.
9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

18th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Johns&Co at London City Island. From our very first conversation, we made it explicitly clear that parking was a requirement for us. We were initially shown a property with parking, shown the parking area itself, and then shown another property which we were told also included parking. Based on those representations, we proceeded and had our offer accepted. Only later did we discover — via a WhatsApp message from the agent Katie — that the property did not in fact include parking and that we would need to rent a space separately. This was clearly material information and something we had specifically stated was essential to our purchase decision. We would never have proceeded had the correct information been provided from the outset. What made the situation worse was the handling afterwards. We were initially told compensation would be offered, but after querying the amount, the local manager Elliot called to say we would receive nothing because the issue had been discovered “early in the process” and he did not believe anyone had done anything wrong. The overall attitude felt dismissive and lacking in accountability. We were left having wasted significant time and effort progressing a purchase based on inaccurate information, and ultimately had no choice but to withdraw. Buyers should be very careful to independently verify all “confirmed” information provided during the sales process.

We have just handed our flat back after 4 years and from the first to the last interaction Vicky made things straightforward. The contractual process was easy and fair and any repair issues were always dealt with promptly. An easy recommendation.

13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
1st Dec 2025 (11 mo. ago)I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency. When I moved into the property, it was already in poor and dirty condition, and I have videos showing this at check-in. A few months later, a cockroach infestation started. I immediately reported the issue to both the landlord and the agency, sending photos, videos and emails. However, they only arranged an inspection after one month, just to look at the situation. Even after that visit, no proper action was taken, and I was forced to live in those conditions for two more months. Before leaving the property, I thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it in a much better condition than when I moved in. I have submitted dated photos and videos showing the condition at check-out to DPS as part of a formal deposit dispute. Despite providing clear evidence of the property’s condition at both check-in and check-out, the landlord still requested a £200 deduction from my deposit for cleaning, and the agency did not intervene or support me in any way. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now raised a formal dispute with DPS and submitted all my evidence. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

Not only did he get the sale price agreed he liaised with ourselves, the purchaser and the lawyers on both sides to chase progress, identify issues and problem solve to ensure the transaction proceeded. Thanks to the whole team for getting the transaction across the line.

We never had to chase / ever found ourselves unsure about what’s happening.<br><br>What is normally a very stressful process was turned into a far more pleasant one for us with the help and support of James.<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling your home - talk to James.
