They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

I want to say how great I found Rooftops Lettings. The communication was fantastic, emails, phone calls pre-viewing and follow up when they said they would. The lady I dealt with, Louise, was amazing. So friendly, honest and genuine. The process was very straightforward, Louise was so professional and made me feel really special when she contacted me to say we'd been successful, she was genuinely happy for us. 23rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The only thing my hubby and I weren’t completely happy with were the photos and how they had been ‘altered’ eg mums bathroom is what used to be called Whisper Pink, but all the bathroom is pure white! The bedrooms look much bigger than they are as well. I’m aware that in their Ts and Cs it says they can do that, but our opinion is that it is very misleading. However, we do no have a sale going through, so it looks like people looking to move can’t be that bothered! Snapes have been lovely with us, as it was my 100year old mums bungalow, and it was my grandpa who had it built, so it’s a very sad time tbh, but all the staff have been lovely.

21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)An outstanding selling experience with Reside Stockport and Jordana.<br><br>As my BTL property was being sold while tenants were preparing to move out, it was important to me they were treated with the same respect and consideration as everyone else involved in the transaction. From our very first conversation, it was obvious that Jordana understood that and before I'd even explained how much it mattered to me, she had already demonstrated a genuine understanding of their situation and even going out of her way to help them as well, which immediately distinguished her from other agents I'd spoken to.<br><br>The property achieved the asking price within a week, thanks to Jordana's proactive approach. Before I even had a chance to worry about how the sale would progress, viewings were being arranged and offers were coming in. What really stood out, however, was Jordana's commitment throughout the months that followed. The sale encountered its fair share of unexpected complications, setbacks, and delays, many of which were outside the control of either myself or the buyer. Despite this, she tackled every challenge head-on with determination and a positive attitude.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. Updates were always provided, expectations were managed honestly, and whenever a new issue emerged, Jordana was relentless in finding a way forward.<br><br>By the end of the process, I felt I had far more than just an estate agent acting on my behalf. I sold and bought my houses with Jonny and he was excellent in all the procedures. He gave 110% and went above and beyond to make sure my sale and purchase went all to Plan. I would certainly recommend Upton George to anyone selling or buying a property in the area. I would go as far to say, "why would you go anywhere else" Brilliant, Fantastic and he is very Knowledgeable of the area, and to add to it all, he's a very guy .
